Printers are set up a little strange, but it works on most platforms. Try this for the color printer:
Connect to server: smb://athena.aoe.vt.edu/softdist (use your AOE account password.) copy to desktop: Drivers/C350_MacOSX/English/Printer Drivers/Printer/Descriptions/Fiery X3e 22C-KM PS v2.0
Then set the printer up with these settings: Protocol: LDP Address: 128.173.188.32 Queue: WorkroomColor Print using: Fiery X3e 22C-KM PS Color Server v2.0 The following Installable Options seem to work, though there may be better ones: Optional Trays: Universal Cassets (Tray 3,4) Duplex Option: checked Finisher Option: Single Staple Finisher Engine Storage Option: Extension Memory and Hard Disk Drive Auto Trapping: checked
For the BW, I usually use this:
Protocol: LDP Address: 128.173.188.32 Queue: WorkroomBW Print using: Default Postscript

To get fedora core PPC to work on a mac with a new hard drive, first boot the mac OS-X install cd and format the disk; anything should work. Don't go any further, just quit the install. Now Boot the fedora install CD. Specify partition information, and delete all but the first partition. Then install as needed.
Still, it complains on boot once the install is completed, but fedora finds iself.
During the Mac OS-X insall, after doing the above partition, before restarting, the installer will not recognize the newly partitioned drive until it has rebooted.
